However I have to be honest, at 50+ years of age I was skeptical at first viewing of your system, l mean if it’s too good to be true it usually is, right? Well I'm happy to report that your docking solutions not only meet my family's needs and expectations but have managed to exceed them!

How you exceeded them was not just because of a well-made product but through a seemingly long forgotten method, "customer service”, wow, who would have believed it!

As you know after my family's initial dock purchase we decided to add the Alumidock staircase and ran into a mounting plate issue, my initial thought was "oh no, here we go"! However nothing could have been further from the truth, the speed of your forthcoming help and resources to bring resolve was second to none.
